For two months and a bit, this was my profile, an act of contrition for a person I hurt. She did not forgive me, which is her right, but it was nice to see the number of people who wished me well in my attempt to gain said forgiveness.



She told me it was just the internet, and not worth it.



I disagree.



C'est la vie.

I messed up.



And lashed out at a friend, who had never been anything but nice to me, based on some realllly bullshit bullshit I had been fed.



I didn't even bother to check with her first!



I just jumped, both feet, and head, first into the deep end of the Stupid Pool.



Now, I could just walk away, count my losses, and ignore it, because, after all, I've never met her, and she's on the other side of Australia, right?





Wrong-o!



What I did was wrong. Completely. I was a total ass, and as such, I am removing my information from my profile, and putting this up, so show that I am sorry.



So, here's a real apology, to a real person, who really, REALLY didn't deserve what I said to her.



Alice, you are a brilliant, wonderful person. I was an idiot and believed what those two said. There is no excuse for my behavior, and I hope you can accept my deepest, sincere apologies. If there is anything I can do to make up for my completely bullshit, moronic, idiotic actions, tell me.
